1st Coast Cargo Inc. is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving/Dispatch Operations Customer Service Representative for their Jacksonville location.  Hours are Monday-Friday, 12:30 pm  9:00 pm with occasional Saturday morning shift.

Individuals primary responsibility will be to assist with dispatching company drivers, processing inbound shipments, working with warehouse personnel to ensure all shipments are properly labeled and staged, and routing customer outbound shipments to ensure time service commitments are met. Daily you will be working with customers to resolve customer issues, quoting customers, routing shipments, working with vendors and carriers, negotiating carrier pricing, data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, and working with co-workers to ensure all daily customer service functions are completed.
