We have partnered with Wolfe and Associates to assist us in our search for our Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in marketing, with a leadership role is desired
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Brand Continuity Management 

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Update and expand online social media presence
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with the
  • company's values and vision.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposals, tailored for bids and customer-facing submissions.
  • Ensure all materials, websites, are up-to-date, accurate, and compelling to effectively showcase Electric Plus’ capabilities. 

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

Budget Management 

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, project management, and other teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Present marketing strategies and results to the executive team.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives. 
  • Analyze and report on performance, making data- driven recommendations for improvements.

Health and Wellness Initiatives

  • Spearhead company-wide health and wellness programs, fostering a culture of well-being and productivity among employees. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that promote a healthy work environment, both physically and mentally. 

Event Management 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, customer events, and community outreach activities. 
  • Develop and work with event committee team members on implementation of events, 
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
