Midwest Landscape Industries, Inc. is a respected landscape management and installation company.  We are in need of a Landscape Crew Leader for our Lafayette, IN branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership of crews in maintenance or installation
• Responsible for working to budgeted hours
• Attention to detail and top notch quality
• Leaving a positive impression for our customers
• Operating a variety of equipment to include but not limited to:
  • Mowers, track steers, trucks with trailers, hand tools and a variety of lawn maintenance equipment
• Winter work with snow plowing

Requirements:

• 2 years of landscape experience
• 1 year of crew leader experience
• Valid drivers license
• Leadership abilities
• Self Motivated and organized
