To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
  • Deliver great food, prepared to company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
  • Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
  • Maintain budgeted food cost.
  • Write weekly kitchen schedules.
  • Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.

Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position.
  • Minimum 21 years or older.
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
