Administrative Coordinator

We are assisting our client, Central Indiana Hardware with their search for an Administrative Assistant to work in their scheduling and installation department.  If you have previous administrative experience specifically dealing with work orders, job scheduling and excellent computer skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
  • Work with manager to schedule installation and service
  • Input work orders into the system
  • Complete work orders once complete
  • Track and update labor planned vs labor performed
  • Monitor technician utilization and update manager
  • Help layout large project schedules and track progress
  • Professional customer contact
  • Accurately manages schedules – You play an important role in managing and coordinating schedules in the office.   
  • Managing details of multiple projects.  
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Experience in construction work-in-process and job cost accounting is a major plus, but not required. 
  • A high degree of computer literacy using MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and along with having the ability to adapt to other systems. 
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive nature. 
  • Present a professional image.
  • Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs. 
  • Strong desire to learn and excel!
