Site Supervisor - Construction

NWA Restore It has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Job Site Supervisor. The qualified candidate will have a background in construction, remodeling and/or restoration. 
  • Ensure project is delivered on time and to the required quality standard within agreed specifications. 
  • Focus is on production of the jobs via scheduling, budgeting and using sub-contractors to restore properties to their pre-loss state. 
  • Schedule jobs with the homeowner and subcontractors 
  • Manage work crews, sub-contractors and suppliers related to each project. 
  • Educate the client on the repair process and set expectations.
  • Meet, communicate and/or work closely with all clients with current projects on a daily basis.
  • Ensure each job is completed in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage job progression and fully document each job in detail.
  • Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with our existing and new clients, sub-contractors and other contacts developed. 
  • 3 to 5 years minimum in the construction industry or 5+ years in fire/flood restoration
  • Comfortable documenting, budgeting and creating schedules utilizing a computer 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to assist clients and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Understanding of how to implement schedules and budgeting
  • Detail oriented, hands on, and a team player.
  • Must be able to work with and manage others in a fast paced environment while providing excellent service to our clients with integrity and passion.
  • Customer service orientated with the ability to deal with customers under any/all situations.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects of varying sizes
  • Be able to bring an upbeat, energetic, “can-do” attitude to work every day. 
  • Experience with Xactimate and/or DASH software a big plus. 
  • Experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry is preferred but not required.
  • Criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Clean DMV record; possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
  • MUST be comfortable climbing a ladder, walking on roofs and tarping roofs in an emergency and/or on-call basis. 
  • Previous OSHA training regarding ‘Fall Prevention’ a plus.
  • Be able to be on-call on a rotating schedule of nights and weekends (usually one week a month)

Hours are generally 8-5, M-F (plus on-call rotation) but vary depending on jobs and emergencies we have.
Salary: $35,000-$45,000/year to start depending on experience.
