Claims Administrator - Construction

We are assisting our client a fast growing and exciting restoration-construction company located in Greenville, NC with their search for a Claims Administrator.  We are looking for an assertive administrator that is committed to conducting business according to their core beliefs: Helping their community in their time of need, rebuilding homes and restoring lives. They believe their customers are the cornerstone of our business. They believe our people are our most important asset.
 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
  • Assisting our Administrative staff and Project Managers in all administrative functions
  • Effectively managing and assigning all new jobs
  • Keeping all reports updated and accurate
  • Collect and enter data in computer system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Customer satisfaction calls
  • Working with subcontractors and vendors
  • Completes delegated tasks on time and in a professional manner
  • Being an integral part of the team and the driving force of our processes
  • Running errands to include post office, office supplies, bank deposits, etc…
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Previous management and administrative experience desired
  • Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Positive minded and ability to motivates others
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Clean background check & clean driving record
