Our client, Standard Change-Makers, Inc.  has been in business  since 1955. They design and manufacture currency changers for self-service, coin-operated industries - such as laundry, carwash, amusement and vending.  We are assisting them in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator for their coin operated lock division.   The Customer Service Coordinator will help customers by providing product and service information, schedule service requests and process product orders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product orders, service questions and general client concerns
  • Provide information concerning our products and services
  • Processing customer orders, generating invoices and posting payments
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Update customer information in the customer service database as well as manual files.
  • Coordinate service work with regional service centers to exceed customer expectations                                       

Minimum qualifications:
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated, detail orientated and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to effectively use computer software and technology
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality is essential
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Accepts new assignments willingly to meet business needs
