We are looking for an experienced residential Project Managers  to work with an Atlanta, Ga. home restoration and remodeling company specializing in revitalizing older homes.

Summary: Our Project Managers are responsible for running the day-to-day operations on the construction site for our renovation and remodel projects.  They manage the schedule, budget, subcontractors, laborers as well as monitor work quality, meet regularly with the client, and interact with the city and consultants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
 
  • Involved in all phases of construction and remodeling
  • Review and understand architectural plans / blueprints
  • Create and manage project schedules daily including subcontractors and laborers
  • Coordinate material procurement
  • Prepare, maintain daily progress report for each project
  • Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget


Desired qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years’ experience as a residential construction supervisor
  • Experience in all phases of construction and remodeling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Previous experience using BuildTrend or other Construction  CRM
  • Good organization skills
  • The ability to follow instructions/directions
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Possess the ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural plans/blueprints
  • Ability to coordinate material procurement
  • Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
  • Take pride in doing superior work
  • Reliable
