Immediate opening for a self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Restoration Division Manager for a full service remediation company located in Bentonville, AR  (Northwest Arkansas – NWA). 

Our company provides unsurpassed emergency response, restoration and remediation services to the insurance industry, residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

The qualified candidate will have a background in Restoration, Construction & remodeling.
 
Position Summary:

The Restoration Division Manager is responsible for developing a definition of a project in the areas of Mitigation, Contents, Cleaning and Mold Remediation. The Manager works  in conjunction with the Property Owner, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. The project manager ensures that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standard within agreed specifications. Focus is on scoping and estimating the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster state. The Project Manager will head projects, manage work crews, subcontractors and suppliers related to each project.

Key responsibilities include:  
 
  • Manage and Oversee the Restoration Division 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering “Above and Beyond” customer service and quality controls.
  • Inspect, estimate, fully sketch and Project Manage all types and sizes of losses from start to finish.
  • Meet sales goals: sell jobs and actively market for new leads.
  • Be directly involved in the hiring and training of new technicians. 
  • Lead your project team. Key Leadership qualities are a must.  
  • Build, lead, and deploy the best quality team to achieve the objectives of our corporate strategic plan.
  • Ensure your team is producing jobs on time and under budget. 
  • Contact and settle the loss with the adjuster, carrier and/or homeowner.
  • Generate new leads and new business through relationships with adjusters, property managers, commercial and residential property owners.
  • Proper paper and digital file documentation.
 
Education & Experience:
 
  • Well above average experience with computer software.
  • Xactimate Level 1 and 2 experience a plus
  • Sales experience 

Skills & Knowledge:
 
  • Detailed understanding of restoration and reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water, wind, mold, fire, or biohazard damages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to assist clients, adjusters, vendors, and agents in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Basic accounting competency with an understanding of invoicing and billing procedures.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, hands on, and a team player.
