Administrative Coordinator

Our client is a fast growing and dynamic construction company located in the greater Boise area. They have an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team.    We are seeking an individual that is committed to conducting business according to their core beliefs.  The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overall management of the Team’s customer service aspects, digital and paper file management, organization of job information, maintaining detailed information in the company database and other duties as assigned. 

General Duties: 
 
  • Professional customer contact
  • Accurately manages schedules – You play an important role in managing and coordinating schedules in the office.  
  • Project tracking reporting 
  • Managing details of multiple projects.  One of the most difficult aspects of your job will to be involved with many different projects/jobs at one time.  You will have to be sufficiently organized to manage all pertinent tasks for all of these jobs at one time.  
  • Pull files/reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as scheduled or required.

  • Promptly answering all phone calls.      
  • Ability to generate information within a reasonable time frame

Qualifications
 
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Experience in construction work-in-process and job cost accounting is a major plus, but not required. 
  • A high degree of computer literacy using MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and along with having the ability to adapt to other systems. 
  •  QuickBooks, and accounts receivable/collections experience desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive nature. 
  • Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs. 
  • Strong desire to learn and excel!
