Behavior Analyst

We are partnering with Wolfe and Associates to assist us in our search for a Behavior Analyst.

Preferred candidates should have a Master’s Degree and active BCBA certification. Candidates should have several years experience working with children with autism, and the ability to work with students of a variety of ages and functioning levels.  At this level candidates will be expected to develop and implement ABA therapy programs, ensuring that required treatment and activities are customized to maximize the potential of the client. Candidates must have effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain detailed records and reports. In this role, a candidate will be looked upon to:

  • Develop, provide, and facilitate programming using evidence-based treatment
  • Complete individualized clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Design, implement, monitor and revise behavior intervention plans
  • Design, implement, monitor and revise goals and objectives based on client’s progress and individual treatment plan
  • Actively train and provide ongoing support to behavior technicians
  • Provide direct active observation and supervision of program implementation
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
  • Review data and monitor client progress
  • Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
  • Coordinate team meetings to review progress and set future goals
  • Provide parent training and education, and home consultation
  • Coordinate and supervise parent observations
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of other experienced clinicians
  • Supervise students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable)
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for all clients

This BCBA role is a full-time, in-person position, based out of West Lafayette.

Compensation will be competitive, based on experience.
